We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will assemble cabinets according to established specifications while maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and workmanship.
A PIVOTAL ROLE ON A LARGE TEAM.
The successful candidate will contribute to the success of the company by assuming the following responsibilities:
- Assemble cabinet parts, panels, doors, drawers, and related components according to work orders and production specifications.
- Use woodworking equipment, hand tools, and production materials safely and effectively.
- Read and interpret work orders, labels, drawings, and assembly instructions to ensure accurate production.
- Handle, load, and move cabinet materials and components with care to prevent damage.
- Inspect materials and finished components against customer orders, reporting shortages, defects, damage, or other quality concerns as needed.
- Meet productivity, quality, attendance, and safety expectations while achieving daily production targets.
- Follow all health and safety practices, procedures, and workplace housekeeping standards.
- Represent, support, and uphold the company’s Core Values and Management Philosophy.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

To successfully meet this challenge, we are looking for a person driven by the values of respect, teamwork, commitment, and pride with the following qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is an asset.
- Previous experience in cabinetry assembly, or a related role is preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work orders, labels, and assembly instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, equipment, and production materials.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive movements throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to wood dust, noise, varying temperatures, and industrial odours.
